Reports, Work Orders & Test Modes
Now we understand the basics of Patriot we can start using some of the features to streamline services. Reports can be generated for station use or end users of a variety of data, work orders can communicate job details to technicians and test modes assist technicians with testing at a site or to help filter out benign signals. The Advanced Search window along with bulk update features has a full tutorial video.

2 Work Orders
Work Orders can be generated through an Activation or on demand. This tutorial walks through the steps of creating a couple of work orders including entering the basic details and how they can be sent to technicians.
3 Test Modes
Test Modes maybe required to be setup when a technician is on site testing a panel, an area has been damaged and is required to be offline for a period of time or a bank conducts regular scheduled walk tests. This tutorial shows the setup of different account test modes as well as zone test modes and action plan testmode filtering.
4 The Advanced Search and Bulk Update features
The advanced search is a helpful tool when it comes to finding selections of accounts and performing bulk updates on them. The Advanced Search also allows multiple search fields to be used and the results to be reported on or exported.
