Web Dispatch Features

The Patriot Web Dispatch System allows your Dispatch Centre to send dispatch jobs to any Patrol or Patrol Company with a web access device.

The requests are sent via email to the Patrol with a link to the Patriot Job Dispatch webpage. The patrols can accept or reject the request, log notes, log on site and completion times and all details are logged instantly back to the Patriot dispatch center.



  • Easy Dispatch: Operators can send the dispatch request to the correct contractor in just a few clicks

  • Job Dispatch requests use a secure web form. Notifications are sent by email and / or text message to the contractor or patrol

  • If the contactor or patrol fails to acknowledge the job request the operator is alerted immediately

  • >Onsite & offsite times, notes and images entered by the contractor are instantly available for the operator in the alarm attendance window

  • All data is stored back in Patriot and can be viewed by the operator or through the end user / dealer web portal

  • Dispatch Job reports can be sent automatically when a job has been completed.
