Sendem Dispatch Form

Patriot provides the option to dispatch as an "In Progress" dispatch or a "Complete" dispatch. When dispatch as a "Complete" dispatch, the job will be marked as completed and no dispatch request will be sent to Sendem. This is suitable for the operator to enter existing dispatches.

When creating the dispatch as an "In Progress" dispatch Patriot will check if the client exists in Sendem first. If the client does not exist in Sendem, Patriot will create a new client in Sendem; if the client exists, Patriot will synchronise the client's address in Sendem to the address shown in Patriot.

Once the dispatch request has been sent, the operator has the option to stand down the job by clicking the "Stand down" button. All Sendem dispatch has to complete manually, by changing the "Status" in the dispatch job detail.

If the Sendem service does not update the dispatch request within the Acceptance Warning Time (set in the system wide response settings) then a warning note will be logged against the dispatch job and the operator will be notified.
