The Unset List tool located under the Monitoring menu is a simple tool for manually monitoring clients' alarm set/unset schedules. The Unset List can be used in combination with Patriot's Auto Status Monitoring system, or as a simplified alternative which can allow for manual Unset out Hours and Late to Close monitoring.
Patriot's Unset List tool is a simple schedule monitoring alternative to Auto Status Monitoring.
The Unset List is a list of all clients currently unset/open. The list can be filtered by Unset Group (Unset Groupings are set on the Reporting tab of the client file). This allows for clients with similar schedules (e.g. Domestic clients) to be grouped together and simplifies the manual processing of Late to Close and Unset out of Hours clients. The Outside Hours check allows the operator to toggle between all unset clients in a group, and just those unset outside of their scheduled hours.
The listed clients each have their ID, name and the date and time of the last received signal displayed. When a client in the Unset List is selected, the expected closing time is displayed. The expected closing time can be manually extended temporarily by clicking on the display box and entering a new close time. When a scheduled closing time is extended it is good operator practice to document the change in the Comment field before saving the change.
