Its typical that zone bypass and trouble signals in most cases should report as an activation to the operator, but there will also be certain zones that you want to change this behaviour so they are logged as non priority events.
You will need to have a priority action plan setup for Zone Bypass, and another action plan setup for Trouble. These action plan should be appropriately assigned to the event type templates for all clients concerned.
Next open a client who contains zones that need to be treated differently. Select a zone which needs to treat Zone Bypass as a non priority event, and override the Zone Bypass action plan with an alternative non priority action plan.
Zone Bypass Override
Repeat this procedure for any zones with need to treat Trouble events as non priority by overriding the Trouble action plan. If a zone should ignore the Bypass and Trouble events, then override both of these action plans.
Repeat for all zones as appropriate.
If all zones for a particular client need to override the default type template behaviour, then it will be better to override the type in this case, rather than overridding each individual zone. This is easily done by inserting an event type on the Type tab of the client, and changing the action plan as required. For example a client needs to have all zones ignore zone by pass alarms, then insert a new type (for Contact ID this would be type no 570), and set the action plan to a non priority action plan.
