User Groupings with users assigned
Open Maintenance > User > User Groupings
Users can be assigned to groupings, to make reporting simpler, filter action plans, and also to assign web access.
To show a list of current assigned users for the selected user grouping, click the checkbox
Show Users Assigned to Group.
Some user groupings provide additional settings in tab Special Group Properties, and can be used to filter specific action plans under the tab Action Plan Filter.
To allow a user access to Internet Client Access (ICA), they must be assigned to a user grouping with the ClientWebAccess special group property selected.
Special Group Properties for this user grouping will determine what information and editing security rights are given to a user when they log into ICA.

Advanced Web Access options are only available if the ICA Advanced module is registered on your license.
