Completed Activation Maintenance


After an alarm has been activated and dealt with supervisors can use the Browse All Activations window to review completed activations. This is achieved by navigating to the Maintenance Icon on the main patriot toolbar and selecting Completed Activations

Activation reports can also be viewed via the History tab of a Client Record but through the Completed Activations window supervisors are able to check and update the records, charge the call out to the client involved, remove the activation from the window or review the report.

Activation reports can be viewed by either attend ID or time/date.
